When you are physically and mentally strong, you are better equipped to handle lifes frustrations.While 47% of respondents say theyve hit the gym after a long, stressful, frustrating day, within that pool, nine in ten say that it helped them relieve stress. Sixty-four percent also say getting physical exercise helps them think more clearly.
